Refund and Replacement : We will replace or refund items if the goods you received are defective or damaged in transit, or incorrect items has been sent. In those cases please contact us within 7days. In order for us to process your return, we may ask to send us the photo or explain the detail of the damage.

Returns of Condition : we only accept returns the goods are in following condition.

1) The item is unused.

2)The item is in the original condition with tags and labels.

3) The package is not damaged.

 

*we cannot accept returns in following condition

  • The package is opened or used.
  • Customized and custom-made items
  • Sale items and defective items
  • For hygiene reasons, personalcare items and cosmetics 

How to return or exchange : Please contact us (info@henli.co.jp ) , if your rquest is approved, we will send you the shipping labels and detailed instructions of return process. Please note that we cannot accept your return without prior notification.

Return shipping fee : In case of defective or incorrectly sent items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellation : You can cancel the order only before shipment. After shipment is generally not accepted. If you wish to cancel after receiving produc,  please follow the return policy. 

 Cancellation before shipment is possible, but cancellation after shipment is generally not accepted. If you wish to cancel after receiving the product, we will handle it according to the return policy.
