1, How to Cancel
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as follow:

- Website : after logging in your acount, in 'My page' click on the cancel button
2, Cancellation Fee
Cancellation fee is as follows;
- 8 days or more before reservation date : no charge
- from 7days to 3 days before reservation date : 30% of the price
- 2days and 1 day before reservation date : 50% of the price
- same day as reservation date : 100%
- cancel without notice : 100%
*Please note that Regular purchase or Subscription service are limited to domestic delivery.
3. Refund Subscription
If no cancellation fee is charged, we will refund the full amount. If a cancellation fee is charged, we will refund the amount already paid minus the cancellation fee. In principle, refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
4. Change the Schedule
8days or more before reservation dates,You can change the schedule without any charges , less than 8 days, you need to cancel the order and make new order.
5. Special Circumstances
If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness, accident, or natural disaster, please contact us individually. We will respond according to the situation.
6. Cancel for Subscription
If you use a regular purchase or subscription service, you will not be charged again if you cancel at least 8 days before the next renewal date.
