Delivery Policy

Courier Company

the products will be delivery using following courier company : 

• Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.
• Fukuyama Transporting Co., Ltd.
• Yamato Transport
• FEDEX (for international delivery)

 

Shipment Area

We are able to ship domestic and to some international regions. For international shipping, please check separately for available countries and regions and custom duties

 

Shipment Schedule

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the region. Please note that deliveries may be delayed depending on stock availability, holidays, etc.

 

Shipment Fees

If your order is 11,000yen or more (if your are a wholeseller, calculated at wholesale price), domestic shipping is free. If your order is less than 11,000yen, shipping fees will be charged according to the region we send. If it's an international shipping, shipping fee will be vary depending on where to send. Please check the amount displayed when you placed your order. 

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the confirmation mail with courier company and tracking number. Please check the status of your item using the tracking system of each company.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs and import taxes may be charged when the item arrive at the country of the destination. Please note that these charged will be imposed on you.
